Registration and Accounts

• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a credit or refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class fee. Monthly memberships require 30 days' notice for cancellation.

Health and Safety

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks
• You are in good health and have consulted a physician if necessary
• You will inform instructors of any health conditions or injuries
• You participate at your own risk
• YogaWave AZ is not liable for injuries sustained during classes

Conduct and Behavior

You agree to:

• Respect instructors and other participants
• Arrive on time for classes
• Turn off mobile devices during classes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Follow studio rules and instructor guidance
• Not disrupt or interfere with classes

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our classes, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of YogaWave AZ and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Online Classes

For online classes, you agree to:

• Ensure you have adequate internet connection
• Not record or share class content without permission
• Create a safe practice space
• Understand that technical issues may occur

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaWave AZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YogaWave AZ, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
